We specialize in large accounts to small accounts like home processors. We have been in the Meat Industry for over 15 Years,
We started out selling processing Equipment to the larger Meat Packing Plants and have worked our way into the supply business!
We have even started up a local Meat Market Which is a great way to get to know the seasonings we sell. We Make
our own Jerky, Snack Sticks, Summer sausage and other meats on a regular bases. We carry a nice selection of exotic Meats
along all the regular Beef, Chicken, and pork. We Carry Alexander and hornung products, Ew Grobbels products, and Dearborn
Sausage Products. Some of the exotic meats we have in-stock are kangaroo, frog-legs, veal, alligator, partridge, ostrich,
and many other meats.

Our High Temp Cheese Is Great When Added To Sausage, Snack Sticks Or Other
cooked Meats. Cheese will stay in chunks up to 400 degrees. Add about 10% cheese (1 lb of cheese to 10 lbs of meat). Cheese
will last up to 6 months at 34 degrees and can be frozen. Add to meat and sausage seasoning while mixing, and cook as usual.

Sticks at home you will need.. your seasonings, Casings (21mm Smoked), and a stuffer. You will also need a Grinder if you
do not have already ground beef. Hi Temp Cheese is also a great additive to snack sticks! Check out our different flavor Snack
Sticks They all taste great! Our Best Selling Snack Stick Seasoning would have to be our Willies snack stick, bbq snack stick
