Authentic Steakhouse Marinade. Ing: Water, dextrose, salt, spices, sugar, garlic powder, corn starch, vinegar powder (malto dextrin, acedic acid), citric acid, beet powder, grill flavor (malto dextrin, salt, grill flavor from vegetable oil, modified food starch, xanthan gum, corn syrup solids, smoke flavor), butter flavor from grade A cream, and less than 1/10th of 1% sodium benzoate added to protect flavor. Use as a brushed-on glaze while grilling or marinade with 1/4 cup per pound of meat. For best results marinade overnight in covered glass flat pan large enough for your cut of meat in refrigerator.
